Thank you for your interest in joining the Social Media Ministry! We are looking for committed, connected, energetic and teachable members of True Vine who are devoted to spreading the gospel and edifying the church via the internet!
This is a ministry which seeks to use social media platforms–and media, in general–to spread the good news of Jesus Christ and to encourage/inspire Christians. As a member of this ministry, you must be committed to using your own social media pages to promote the cause of Christ and assist The Vine in using its web platforms to do the same.
If you meet the basic requirements below (or are willing to begin doing so), you are invited to join us as a fellow social media missionary!
MINISTRY REQUIREMENTS
- You are a Christian.
- You are a member of True Vine.
- You consistently attend in-person Sunday morning worship services.
- You consistently attend corporate Bible Study.
- You are a functioning member of a small group.
- You consistently participate in the church’s weekly prayer calls.
- Your social media presence reflects a concern for your Christian testimony/witness.
- You have a heart for using media to share the gospel and promote God’s kingdom agenda!
AS A MINISTRY, WE WILL TAKE ON TASKS SUCH AS:
- Keeping True Vine’s website up to date;
- Creating content for use on social media platforms and announcement videos;
- Filming and providing voiceover for promotional videos;
- Monitoring live streams and responding to comments.
